This is an external website or organisation that may sell products or services that we do not directly offer on agivers.com. An external website or organisation that also render certain free services on our website to positively engage other users may also be referred to as our partner.

However, there is a clause to this partnership. The clause is that an external website or organisation is not considered our partner until there is a  written legal partnership agreement between us duly signed by us and equally sign and supervised by our lawyer irrespective of whether they provide free or paid products and service on our website.

Delivery of Products and Services

We do not sell physical products that require physical delivery. All products on agivers.com are digital products in ebooks, mostly PDF document format which are sent to the buyers email after payment confirmation. Also, all services provided on our website are equally not physical services that require physical delivery. They are all online services which we usually deliver remotely.

Products and services on agivers.com are not delivered to the buyers until payments are confirmed by us irrespective of how urgent such products or services are. In case of direct transfer into our bank accounts, uploading the receipt of payment to our WhatsApp page does not amount to confirmation of payment even though we sometimes need that to track payment but most time the bank account name of customers is enough for us to track their payment. A payment is said to be confirmed if the money is reflected in our bank account and and verified by our account officer. However, money paid usually reflects in our bank account almost immediately though, except on rear occasion when there is a network problem on the part of either the sending bank (customer’s bank) or the receiving bank (our bank). But this does not apply to payment made through our payment partner (Paystack), in this payment method if you receive a successful notification at the end of your transaction, it simply means that it has also become successful at our end because this payment gateway is highly automated.

Refund Policy

We do not back out of transactions with our customers halfway of the transaction and as such we do not also expect our customers to back out halfway of the transaction. So there may not be refund of money for any of our products and services after payment. However, there may be some occasional situations where we may consider refund, for example when an unforeseen circumstances make it absolutely impossible for us to deliver a product or service paid for as promised, but this is solely out of our own discretion and we reserve the right to determine which customer is worthy of refund.

Update of this Terms and Conditions

We may deem it necessary to update this terms and conditions from time to time by either adding some contents to it or removing some contents from it. We are not obligated to our website users or visitors to notify them of this update. Hence we reserve the right to make these changes when ever we so desire.
